DAWSON CREEK -- An adult entertainment venue in Dawson Creek has announced it will be shutting its doors this week.

The NorthPole at Lonestar Nightlife located on Alaska Avenue making the announcement on their Facebook Page.

The bar and strip club first opened its doors in Dawson Creek with a grand opening in 2020.

CJDC-TV reached out to Lonestar to learn more about the closure, but did not receive a reply in time for publication.

The Lonestar has garnered attention as the last known location in the missing persons case of 24-year-old Cole Hosack, who was spotted leaving the venue before his disappearance shortly after midnight on January 1st, 2024.

Dawson Creek RCMP continue to investigate Hosack’s disappearance.

Hosack was last seen wearing dark green pants, a green t-shirt, and black Boston Rex Sox hat with a “B” symbol on the cap.
