FORT ST. JOHN -- The Fort St. John RCMP is requesting the assistance of the public to locate a man wanted on multiple warrants.

They say they’re searching for 34-year-old, Gavin James Lee Davis, who is currently wanted on multiple warrants for Assault, four counts of Possession of a Firearm without a License, two counts of Possession of a Firearm while Prohibited, two counts of Careless Storage of a Firearm, Theft Under $5000, three counts of Breach of Release Order, two Counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order, and Possession for Trafficking.

They’re describing Davis as an indigenous male who stands 5 foot 11 inches tall or 180 cm. He weighs about 243 lbs (110 kg) with black hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos including Payden written across his throat, DAVIS vertically on his right outer forearm, a cross with wings graphic on his right inner forearm and PAY DAY on his knuckles.

According to RCMP, Davis has cut off his ankle monitoring bracelet and is now attempting to evade police. He also has ties to Northern B.C., the Lower Mainland as well as Northern Alberta.

They explain Davis is known to carry firearms. Fort St John RCMP are asking anyone who sees Davis to not approach Davis but to call their nearest police detachment.
