DAWSON CREEK -- The Dawson Creek Fire Department attended a vehicle fire over the weekend.
Fire officials received a call at 1:45 a.m. Saturday morning about a vehicle fire on 119th Avenue.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, the front engine of a GMC Pickup Truck was fully engulfed in flames.
Crews were able to extinguish the fire, but there was some damage to the side of the home.
Fire officials can't confirm the cause of the blaze, as the fire remains under investigation.
They also want to remind the public to slow down and drive according to road conditions, as they have received many calls since the road conditions worsened.
