FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. -- Highway 97 along Pine Pass Is under a snowfall warning
Between 15 and 20 cm of snow is expected throughout the day and into the evening.
A frontal system will bring heavy snow at times to Williston, Prince George, Pine Pass and McGregor.
Anyone in those areas should be prepared for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Visibility may suddenly become reduced at times in heavy snow.
Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
Pine Pass will also see closures (tomorrow) Wednesday, December 8., Between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., as avalanche control could cause delays of up to one hour.
