DAWSON CREEK -- Shots were fired early Friday morning at a Dawson Creek home. It happened near 8th Street and 93rd Avenue.
Witnesses say 2-3 shots were fired from a vehicle at 4:13 am. Police are now looking for a dark SUV.
The residence is well known to police. Officers are canvassing the neighbourhood, going door to door looking for eye-witnesses.
Mounties say it's too early to say if today's events are associated with the drug turf war that was going on this time last year.
Anyone with dashcam or security footage is being asked to contact the Dawson Creek RCMP.
