TAYLOR -- One person is in hospital after a shooting in Taylor this past weekend.
Fort St John RCMP responded to a report of a shooting in Taylor on Sunday. When officers arrived on scene, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
Mounties arrested an adult at the scene, but subsequently released the person from police custody.
So far no charges have been laid in connection with the shooting.
Investigators have not said where or at what time the shooting took place.
Officers say the victim is still in hospital. There is no word on the man's condition.
Police are releasing very little information on the shooting, Calls to the Fort St. John RCMP are not being returned.
The Fort St John RCMP Serious Crime Unit are continuing their investigation. Anyone who may have additional information about the shooting is being asked to contact the Fort St John RCMP at 250-787-8100.
