FORT ST. JOHN -- More than 1,000 BC Hydro customers in Fort St. John are experiencing a power outage today.
The planned interruption started at 9:00 a.m. and is expected to continue until 5:00 p.m. as crews work on replacing five hydro poles.
BC Hydro will provide an update on the progress of the work later this afternoon.
