FORT ST. JOHN -- Northern Health is seeking feedback from individuals who have spent time in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) over the past two years.
The health authority is asking patients or their caregivers to participate in an anonymous survey to gather information on patient experiences to better manage their needs.
This initiative aims to develop an ICU follow-up program with Shared Care and the help of local doctors.
“Your participation will provide us with valuable information that will be used to improve the primary healthcare system in our community,” reads survey information provided by Northern Health.
The survey closes on November 17th, 2024, with participants eligible to enter a daw for a $75 Amazon gift card.
