A car stolen out of Grande Prairie Sunday night turned up in a remote location near Dawson Creek.
Just before midnight, Dawson Creek RCMP police received a message from the vehicle’s OnStar system saying that it crashed.
Mounties said the car was driven up Bear Mountain and pushed over an 80-foot cliff, beside one of the windmills.

When officers arrived on scene, the cars lights were still on at the bottom of the cliff.
The fire department had to be called in to ensure that no one was inside the Chevy Malibu.
Anyone with any information on the case is being asked to contact the Dawson Creek RCMP detachment at 250-784-3700.
