RCMP continue search for missing man believed to using backroads to get to Fort Nelson

Mounties in BC are continuing their search for a man missing by family members at the beginning of April.

Prince George RCMP say their investigation indicates Ravinder Singh was likely trying to make his way to Fort Nelson, maybe by the backroads.

“Police are asking that anyone traveling between Prince George and Fort Nelson to keep an eye out for Mr. Singh and report any sightings to our non-emergency line,” said Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

Here is the last description of what Mr. Singh was wearing and equipment he had with him:

Jacket: Black bomber style jacket

Shirt: Appears pink in colour

Pants: Blue Jeans

Hat: Black baseball style with patch on front

Shoes: Black hiking style boots

Helmet: Grey Raleigh bucket style helmet with red light on back

Backpack: Black backpack with camping gear attached to exterior

Bike: Dark Grey Raleigh Overtake Bicycle
