The Prince George RCMP have executed a pair of search warrants at two different locations suspected to be involved in drug trafficking.
Police executed searches at residences on the 2600 block of Quince Street and the 1600 block of Eighth Avenue on August 27 and 28.
“This is the second time in less than a year we have been to the residence on Quince Street, for similar investigations each time,” said police.
During both searches, police seized several items, including:
- Over 35 grams of suspected cocaine
- Suspected hydromorphone pills
- Two 3D-printed firearms
- Multiple standard firearms
- Stolen motorbike
- Hard body armour
- One inert military ordnance
- Various ammunition and other weapons
- Over $500 in cash
Mounties said the investigations were considered high-risk, so the North District Emergency Response Team assisted in executing the search warrants.
Police added that four people were arrested, but three were released without process. The fourth was arrested on outstanding warrants and remains in custody.
