DAWSON CREEK, B.C. - The next generation of rodeo athletes will be in action this weekend as Northern Lights College hosts its 2026 Fall Rodeo at the Lakota Agriplex in Dawson Creek.
The two-day event runs September 26 and 27 and will feature student-athletes competing in a variety of rodeo events as part of the college rodeo circuit.
Organizers are encouraging residents to come out and support the competitors throughout the weekend.
Events begin Saturday with slack competition from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., followed by the main performance from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Competition resumes Sunday with a performance running from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lakota Agriplex.
Tickets are available for $10 for students and can be purchased at the door.
The Northern Lights College Fall Rodeo will take place at the Lakota Agriplex, located along Highway 2 south of Dawson Creek.
