Police in Dawson Creek are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing teenager.
Mounties say David Todd Laboucan Harvey may live a high risk lifestyle and investigators are concerned for his wellbeing.
On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, Dawson Creek RCMP responded to a report of a breach of conditions involving Harvey.
David is bound by a curfew and failed to return on time.
Harvey is described as
• Indigenous male
• 18 years old
• 5’ 10,” 104 lbs
• Short brown hair and grey eyes
