A 41-year-old Grande Prairie man was killed in a crash in northern Alberta on Tuesday.
He died at the scene on Highway 2 in the Spirit River area after his pickup truck collided with a semi around 3 p.m.
A passenger with serious injuries was airlifted to hospital by Stars.
The semi driver was not hurt.
The area was closed for several hours for investigators.
