The 51st edition of the Fort St. John Trade Show is underway at the Pomeroy Event Centre.
The Trade Show started at 5 p.m. Friday and will continue over the weekend. On Saturday, doors will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Visitors can interact with hundreds of vendors. The event also features magic shows, bouncy castles and great prizes.
A Trade Show treasure hunt is also hosted, in which visitors can win $2,000 worth of prizes by scanning QR codes at participating vendors.
Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 for seniors and youth and $22 for families of four.
Due to the Trade Show, the walking track and other amenities at the Pomeroy Event Centre will closed for a short period of time.
The city of Fort St. John are also warning visitors that bylaw officers will be on-site patrolling to give tickets to “those who get a little too ‘creative’ with their parking.”
