Police say Kiyara is an Indigenous female who is approximately five-foot-seven and 96 pounds, with hazel eyes and currently light brown to blonde hair.
According to RCMP, Kiyara is known to frequent the Chetwynd area. Investigators say she was last in communication with a caring adult on October 26, but had not been seen for roughly two weeks before that contact.
Police say they are concerned for her wellbeing because she is known to be transient and lives what they describe as a high-risk lifestyle.
