Drivers travelling along South Taylor Hill can expect delays this week as maintenance and cleaning work gets underway, according to Argo Road Maintenance.

Crews will be working on the hill over several days, with traffic reduced to single-lane alternating flow during scheduled hours.

The work is scheduled to begin Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by operations on Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.

This work will require single lane alternating traffic during the scheduled work periods.

Argo says the project could wrap up earlier than planned if conditions allow, with a goal of finishing by Wednesday.

Drivers are being warned to expect a significant presence of equipment, including sweepers, a vacuum truck, loaders and pickup trucks, as crews work to complete the job safely and efficiently.

Motorists are advised to slow down, follow traffic control personnel and use caution when travelling through the work zone.
