The 103rd edition of the Dawson Creek Exhibition and Stampede has wrapped up for another year, with organizers saying it was a success.

The President of the Exhibition and Stampede said the number of visitors this year was slightly lower than last year.

“Our attendance numbers showed a slight decrease over the five days from last year, roughly 5 per cent,” said Murray Pratt.

Pratt added the exhibition expects to break even this year. He said the team is already planning for next year, aiming to offer new value packages and alternative entertainment options.

“I’d like to thank the whole community for making this year’s fair a great success,” added Pratt.
