Another woman comes forward with allegations as motivational speaker with ties to Dawson Creek charged with assault

Another woman has come forward with allegations against a well-known motivational speaker with ties to Dawson Creek.

Earl Lambert is facing one charge of assault stemming from an incident alleged to have occurred in 2022.

According to court records, the incident is said to have happened in Dawson Creek. The alleged victim was Lambert’s girlfriend at the time.

The woman told CJDC TV News that she reported the matter to the RCMP, alleging Lambert struck her hard on the back of the head, knocking her to the floor.

She further claims she attempted to run to the door and yelled for help but was blocked from leaving the home.

She says Lambert eventually left the residence with a packed bag.

Dawson Creek RCMP have confirmed that the BC Prosecution Service has laid a single charge of assault. Police say no further details can be provided while the matter is before the courts.

The BC Prosecution Service confirmed that Lambert was arrested on April 13th. His lawyer made a brief court appearance on his behalf Tuesday, and the matter was adjourned to May 19 for an arraignment.

In September of 2025, CJDC TV News reported Lambert was facing 11 charges, including six counts of sexual assault in Brantford, Ontario.

At that time, a different alleged victim claimed Lambert mentally and sexually abused her.

Lambert, who is of Cree and Métis descent, describes himself as an inspirational storyteller and motivational speaker.

He has previously claimed to have spoken to more than 200 First Nations communities across Canada.

Lambert grew up in Dawson Creek and has claimed he turned his life around after a criminal past, later speaking publicly about bullying.

It is important to note that none of the allegations against Lambert have been proven in a court of law.
