AHS reports two new measles exposure sites in Grande Prairie

Alberta Health Services has identified two new potential measles exposure locations in Grande Prairie.

AHS said a person with confirmed measles visited the Grande Prairie Costco from 5 pm to 8 pm on July 28.

They added another person with confirmed measles visited the Grande Prairie Airport on July 19 and July 22 to fly to and from Calgary.

The person flew to Calgary on WestJet flight WS3178 on Tuesday and came back to Grande Prairie on WestJet flight WS3195 on Friday.

AHS is urging people developing symptoms to stay home and call the measles hotline at 1-844-944-3434 before visiting any health care facility or provider.
