FORT ST. JOHN -- There was a large police presence outside a home in Fort St. John this afternoon.
Video posted to social media showed a line-up of police cars in the area of Matthews Park.
A number of officers attended the scene on 88th Street and 85 Avenue.
The driveway of a home located at 8512 88th Street was blocked off with police tape, with witnesses on scene saying officers were looking into a motorhome parked on the driveway.
Just after 1:30 p.m. most of the officers left the scene, with a single Mountie remaining to patrol the neighbourhood.
The response was part of an on-going police investigation.
No other details into the matter have been released.
