FORT ST. JOHN -- Fort St. John police are thanking the public for their help in finding a man who was reported missing.
The individual was reported missing by his family after going to go buy cigarettes and failing to return home last Sunday.
Police say on Wednesday that they received a tip from the public about the missing man.
Officers were able to locate the individual and confirm his well being.
