Jeff Cunha

Jeffrey (Jeff) Cunha has put his passion for reporting to work as a journalist and radio announcer for CJDC TV since 2024.

Since joining CJDC TV  team, he has covered high-profile local and provincial politics, crime, human interest and sports both on CJDCTV.com and on CJDC TV News.

He is originally from Toronto, Ontario, where he started his career with CTV’s etalk.

Transitioning within Bell Media, he joined on as an accessibility operator, committing to making television accessible for all Canadians before diving back into the journalism role.

He is a graduate of Seneca Polytechnic and has been trained by some of the country’s top journalists and producers.

On his free time, Cunha can be found in the gym lifting weights or reading a book. 

He also speaks Portuguese and is currently learning French.
