FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. -- The City of Fort St. John spreading the holiday cheer on Saturday.

The Santa Claus Parade started at 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on 111 Street and 87 Avenue.

Typically, the Santa Claus Parade would have the floats driving down the street and the streets covered in people. However, this year the City offered the parade in a drive-thru style, due to public health orders.

Decorated floats filled the streets as over 200 cars waited in line. Some of the floats entered in the parade came from Energetic Traffic Control LTD., Dawson Road Maintenance, the North Peace Pride Society, and Candoo Oilfield Services.

As well, Mr. and Mrs. Claus made a visit. With the opportunity to see them Saturday, Dec. 4th, and Sunday, Dec. 5th.
