FORT ST. JOHN, BC -- Fort St. John RCMP are looking for information about a hit-and-run.

Police received a report of the incident on Wednesday at 3:46pm. A hit-and-run had caused damage to a parked car in the lot of the Save-On-Foods at 10345 100th Street in Fort St. John.

A red 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier had its bumper torn off and its quarter panel scratched. The damage was mainly to the driver’s side.

Police say the incident occurred between 3pm and 3:46pm on January 25th, when it was found with new damage.

"It is very possible that someone didn't even realize they did this," said Constable Chad Neustaeter, Media Relations Officer for the Fort St John RMCP. "Any help from the public would be appreciated."
