DAWSON CREEK -- The Dawson Creek RCMP is requesting the public’s help in locating a man wanted for attempted murder.
Police say Jesse Ray Stevens is wanted for attempted murder, break and enter and committing an indictable offence. They describe him as an Indigenous 35-year-old man. He stands 168 cm (5’ 6) and weighs 77 kg (170 lbs). He has black hair, brown eyes and multiple face tattoos.
If located, contact the RCMP or the police of jurisdiction in your area. Police are telling residents not to confront Stevens as he is considered dangerous.
