DAWSON CREEK -- The 4th annual 9/11 tribute stair climb will be taking place this Sunday with Dawson Creek and Pouce Coupe firefighters climbing 110 flights of stairs in full gear.
It’s the same amount of steps fire crews climbed on September 11th.
The event will be taking place at the Ovintiv Events Centre at 1pm.
It’s open to the public with entry by donation.
Attendees can also try on firefighting gear and climb the stairs themselves. A bouncy castle will also be available for kids.
All proceeds from stair climb will be donated to Disaster Aid Canada.
