FORT ST. JOHN -- The CEO of the Fort St John & District Chamber of Commerce has resigned her position effective January 19th.

Kathleen Connolly has been the CEO of the Chamber for the past 12 months. Before that she was the Executive Director of the Dawson Creek and District Chamber of Commerce.

“During her tenure, Kathleen brought a fresh and innovative perspective to the Chamber, leaving an indelible mark on its operations and initiatives. Her departure will undoubtedly be felt by the entire Chamber community,” said Mitchel Chilcott, President of the Fort St John & District Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber of Commerce will begin the hiring process to replace Connolly.

“The support of the Board, the business community and our partners has been remarkable and won't be soon forgotten, said Connolly.
