FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. -- A busy weekend of hockey is about to begin for the Fort St. John huskies and Dawson Creek Kodiaks.

Starting this evening, both teams are playing three games in three nights. 

The 28 win Huskies welcome the Grande Prairie Kings to North Peace Arena to kick things off at 8 p.m..

As for the Kodiaks, they too are at home, hosting the North Peace Navigators at Memorial Arena. 8 p.m. puck drop as well.

Saturday night has Dawson Creek heading to Grand Prairie and Fort St John will go to Fairview.

Finally on Sunday, a 1:30 p.m. matinee in Dawson Creek, for a Battle of the Alaska Highway, against the Huskies.

Fort St John holds onto 1st place in the N.W.J.H.L while the Kodiaks sit in 4th heading in to the weekend.
