DAWSON CREEK -- The new app launched in Alberta this week, to verify COVID-19 vaccine status, won't work with BC's vaccine passport.
As of right now, the app is designed to only check Alberta's vaccine passport QR codes.
Visitors to the province are allowed to show any form of vaccine proof when visiting .
The Ministry of Health says they're working on updating the app to read QR codes from other provinces.
