Two charged after stolen car found in GP

A man and a woman are facing charges, after being caught in a stolen car in Grande Prairie last week.
Last Tuesday (July 10) at around 10:30 a.m., police were patrolling near the intersection of 103rd Avenue and 110th Street, when they found a stolen car in the Walmart parking lot with two people inside.
The two occupants were arrested.
21-year-old Brandon Dwayne Mahon has been charged with two counts of possession of property obtained by crime, and three counts of failure to comply with a recognizance.
He made his first court appearance last Wednesday (July 18th).
30-year-old Amanda Mary Kathrin Olsen has also been charged with possession of property obtained by crime.
She was released from custody, and will appear in court on August 8th.
