Three men charged after drug bust in Grande Prairie

Three men face charges after a drug bust in Grande Prairie.

On Friday, November 9, the RCMP searched a hotel in the city, and found 131 grams of cocaine, 27 grams of crystal meth, 4 cell phones, and around $4200 in cash.

20-year-old Tyler Lee Dentzien, 22-year-old Abdullahe Omar Awad, and 20-year-old Alhajie Sorie Fofanah were arrested and have each been charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime. Dentzien was also charged with four counts of failure to comply with conditions of a recognizance. All three men are from Edmonton.

They will all be appearing in court on November 26th.
