Phone lines jammed as seniors try and book COVID Vaccines

On what was supposed to be the first day to book vaccine appointments, seniors in the Northern Health region and across the province were instead dealing with jammed phone lines. As Hannah Lepine tells us, Northern Health is asking for patience as they try and work through the kinks.
