A Fort St. John resident is dead after an early morning fire at a local RV park.
The City of Fort St. John Fire Department says they got the call shortly after 4:00 on Saturday morning.
They responded to Corner RV & Campsite on Alaska Road North, off 86 Street.

What started as a fire in one unit expanded to a neighbouring 5th wheel RV.
17 firefighters and three trucks responded before the flames were extinguished.
In a Facebook post, the fire department says: "unfortunately there was a civilian fatality in the motorhome."
No word yet on the age or gender of the person killed, nor the cause of the fire.
