Grande Prairie RCMP investigate after a truck crashed into a house

RCMP in Grande Prairie are investigating after a vehicle crashed into a house.

Police say that on Saturday, at around 10:20 p.m. police were called to Crystal Lake Drive. When they arrived, they found that a truck had driven over several yards and hit parked vehicles before hitting a garage. Witnesses said that several people fled from the truck, and police found a shotgun on the ground nearby.

Later that night, a man matching witness descriptions was seen running near the Cobblestone area of the city and arrested. Just after midnight, a second passenger turned himself in to police, and officers say they also found the driver and arrested him. The RCMP say they are still investigating and charges are pending.
