Fatal Crash Under Investigation in Grande Prairie

Grande Prairie RCMP say they're investigating a collision that killed a 64-year-old Saskatchewan man.
It happened around 5:30 P.M. on Saturday, February 9th.
Police were called to the scene of a three-vehicle crash on Highway 40, about 80 kilometres south of Grande Prairie.
A vac truck collided with a pickup truck and a semi truck at the intersection of Highway 40 and Archie Way Road.
The driver of the pickup truck died as a result of his injuries.
The driver of the vac truck was transported to hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.
RCMP collision analysis has helped with the investigation of the incident.
Occupational Health and Safety are conducting a separate investigation.
