The Fort St. John Curling Clubs' 2020/21 season won't be happening anytime soon, if at all.
According to General Manager, Emily Furlot, they've run into a major issue with their chiller and will be unable to move forward with the season for the foreseeable future.
The chiller will need to be replaced by the City and will cost around $60,000, which is not currently in their budget
The 2020/21 season was originally slated to begin on Monday, October 19th, but was pushed back a week before cancelling the season altogether.
CJDC's Sean Marks will have the full story tomorrow.
