FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. -- Fort St. John businesses coming together to support School District 60’s meal program.

The district received over $60,000 for their school breakfast program. It helps make sure vulnerable students have access to meals.

Canadian Natural Resources donated $40,000. It's the second time CNRL has donated to the program.

The superintendent of District 60 says he's grateful for all the community support.

“That generosity is incredible, there seems to be no limit to the generosity in this community,” says Stephen Petrucci.

Also, a number of car dealers gave money to the program. Fort City Chrysler, Fort Motors, Murray GM, and Honda Fort St. John combined to donate $28,000.
