Local fire officials are saying a male rollerblader hit by a semi-truck this morning in Fort St. John may have a broken leg and arm. At around 10 a.m. Friday morning, Fort St. John fire department, RCMP and EHS services attended to an injured man at 100th ave and Alaska highway.
A semi-truck was stopped at the scene, having apparently hit the rollerblader, and the pedestrian is suffering possibly a broken arm and leg, according to fire official Bob Bilodeau.
Bilodeau says when he arrived at the scene, it was apparent the semi-truck had hit the rollerblader, which resulted in broken bones for the man.
