Interview with Warren Mears, Candidate for FSJ Council

Warren Mears manages the B.C. Liquor Store in Fort. St. John. He says, if elected, he wants to sit down with Mayor and council to review policy and re-assess the city's spending practices. He wants a total review of the city budget.

Questions to the candidate, in order:

1. If elected, what would be your top three priorities on council?

2. Accountability in office:
- How accountable do you think the council is in general to the interests of the residents?

3. Fiscal responsibility:
- In light of the current economic climate, what do you think the best financial course for the city is for the next three years? 
- What do you think of the large loan we are borrowing from the government for the construction of the Enerplex?
