Fort St. John RCMP are asking for the public’s help searching for a missing 49-year-old woman.

Charlane “Charity” Langevin was last seen on Saturday, June 23, around 11:00pm when she left a friend’s home in the Edgewood Trailer Park in Baldonnel.

RCMP say Langevin had come to the Fort St John area from Saskatchewan for a couple of weeks and met two men on that evening and has not been seen since.

Charlane has not been in contact with her family since she was last seen in Baldonnel. Police say it is very unusual for Charlane not to answer her phone which has been determined to have been off for over 24 hours.

She has been described as 5’7”, with brown hair, blue eyes, and pierced ears. She also has a tattoo of a turtle on her right calf and a rose with a name on her shoulder.

She was last seen wearing a black Harley Davidson hoodie, blue jeans, black half ankle boots and a purse.  Charlane is always wearing a chain necklace with a Harley Davidson logo.

Police say they are concerned for her well-being and are hoping to speak with her as soon as possible. If anyone has any information, they are asked to call Fort St. John RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
