Fort St. John RCMP are searching for a boat, trailer and firearms after a break and enter at a commercial lot.

On Wednesday, June 27 at 11 am, police received a call to a commercial lot on the 10200 block of 75th Street about a pickup truck and a boat with some guns in it being stolen.

Police say video surveillance showed a tan/silver Suburban type vehicle entering and exiting the lot at the time of the stolen property.

The items stolen include:

  • Blue 2012 Dodge Ram licence plate #ET8284
  • EZ Load boat trailer licence plate #WFH39N
  • white 1998 Bayliner Cierra Express boat (Hull ID#BL1A11CDE798) with firearms onboard
  • Walther P99 (Serial# FA16012) pistol
  • Mossberg pump action (Serial#UM871757) shotgun

Officials say Dawson Creek RCMP have located the stolen Dodge Ram, but they are still searching for the remaining items.

Police are asking for anyone who has information about the incident or missing items to call the Fort St John RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
