100 women who care is a non-profit organization that brings together the Women of Dawson Creek that want to support  local community causes and services.

Twice a year they gather and jointly select a local charity or not-for-profit organization, each woman writes a check and collectivity helps an organization out.

This is the sixth meeting for the group, who has given away $85,000 to community initiatives so far. Each meeting the 100 plus women, welcome 3 non-profit groups to come in, give a five minute presentation and at the end the group votes and decide which organization is the most deserving.
